Subject: Intra-EU shipments from logistics warehouses (B2B)
SKYSEIDO LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801
(USA), informs its business customers that supplies are managed as follows:
- Product availability is managed through European logistics warehouses, chosen
according to the mode of transport (air, sea, train or truck) and delivery requirements.
- Shipments to customers are carried out by international couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx),
with full transport documentation (tracking, shipping label, Proof of Delivery).
- SKYSEIDO LLC uses a shipping method specifically designed to ensure that the
customer is never identified as the importer of record, nor exposed to issues after customs
clearance. This way, the customer is protected from both customs-related and
post-customs complications, ensuring smooth and reliable deliveries throughout the
European Union.
- Sales invoices are always issued by SKYSEIDO LLC (USA), without VAT applied.
Tax aspects (B2B):
1. The contractual and commercial relationship exists solely between the customer and
SKYSEIDO LLC (USA).
2. The European logistics warehouses only perform storage and shipping functions.
3. As this is a B2B transaction with a non-EU supplier, VAT is not applied on the invoice.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to account for VAT under the reverse charge
mechanism, according to applicable national rules.
